Once the custom order process has begun, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Please be sure of your design choices before confirming your order.

Production timelines typically range from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on design complexity and current order volume. More intricate or highly customized pieces may take additional time.
This process cannot be rushed, as proper curing and finishing are essential to the quality and longevity of your piece. We appreciate your patience while your piece comes to life.
All orders are carefully packaged to help ensure safe delivery.
Once your order has shipped, Moonray Resin is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout to protect your piece.
If insurance is selected, we are happy to assist in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
