Welcome to Moonrayresin

Moonray Resin began as a small quarantine project that grew into something much bigger.

I’m Joelle, the founder and artist behind Moonray Resin. Before this, I spent five years working as a medical esthetician. When COVID hit and I was furloughed, I found myself needing a creative outlet, something to fill the stillness. I started making resin ashtrays in our bedroom and sharing them on Instagram, and what began as something simple quickly took on a life of its own.

As the brand evolved into custom glass pieces, everything expanded, the response, the demand, the creativity, and Moonray Resin naturally grew into what it is today.

Now, Moonray Resin is run by myself and my husband, Casey. Together, we handle every part of the business, from design and production to photography, website, social media, and customer experience. Every piece is created, packed, and sent out by us with care.

And of course, our two “production managers,” Milo, our Husky, and Ivy, our kitty, are always nearby making sure everything is running smoothly.

At its core, Moonray Resin is still what it was in the beginning, something created by family, with intention, and grown into a full-time expression of art and detail.
